Our Principal Founder

Avinta Services was founded in 2007 by Gita Kulkarni, who has a multi-disciplinary background in marketing, product development, research, analytics, consulting, management and entrepreneurship.

Ms. Kulkarni has over fifteen years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies like Verizon, Beckman Coulter, Fisher Scientific, Sungard, Aramark, Ryder, Bridgestone and GE implementing new processes to optimize their sales and marketing activities. Ms. Kulkarni is Six Sigma certified and has also taught the Dale Carnegie Personal Leadership course to hundreds of business professionals in Houston and Dallas.

Ms. Kulkarni graduated from Rice University with an MBA in 2005. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1998 with her Bachelor of Arts from the College of Natural Sciences.

In addition to professional instruction, she has also worked with the Women’s Resource of Houston, Special Olympics and Women in Technology. If you find her outside the office, it is more than likely at a gym or running. She is very active in the Houston running community.
